Position: Food & Beverage Assistant

Reports to: Bar Manager / Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities:

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

• Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly with the bar and kitchen
• Delivering friendly, attentive service and making every guest feel welcome
• Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Knowing the menu inside-out and confidently helping guests with recommendations
• Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do team environment
• Assisting with set-up and close-down of service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (essential)
• A confident, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Excellent attention to detail and high service standards
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
