About The Job:

• We are seeking a skilled Networking & Infrastructure Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise networking, infrastructure automation, cloud platforms, and industrial networking environments.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, automating, and supporting networking and infrastructure solutions across IT and OT environments.
• This role requires hands-on experience with networking technologies, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud platforms, scripting, and cross-functional collaboration within a global hybrid work environment.

Essential Job Functions:
Networking Skills

Core Networking

• Design and implement IP addressing schemes, subnetting strategies, and VLAN architectures.
• Manage and support Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking environments.
• Design network segmentation models and DMZ architectures.
• Develop end-to-end networking solutions for both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Device Configuration & Deployment

• Deploy, configure, and support switches, routers, and network appliances.
• Configure and validate network devices from vendors including Cisco, Siemens, Rockwell, and Schneider.
• Perform cable management, physical deployment activities, and structured cabling implementation.
• Prepare network documentation, topology diagrams, and as-built drawings.

Industrial Networking (Added Advantage)

• Support Industrial Ethernet technologies including EtherCAT, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP.
• Assist with networking solutions supporting industrial automation and manufacturing environments.

Infrastructure Skills

Cloud & Infrastructure as Code

• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible.
• Design and support infrastructure deployments on AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Manage infrastructure environments including VMware, Citrix, and cloud platforms.

Scripting & Automation

• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, or equivalent scripting languages.
• Automate networking and infrastructure deployment, configuration, and operational processes.

Operating Systems & CI/CD

• Support Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 environments.
• Work with CI/CD platforms and DevOps tools including Bitbucket, Jenkins, JFrog, and Ansible.
• Support monitoring and observability tooling where applicable.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with IT and infrastructure teams to define standards, templates, and implementation plans.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology solutions with business requirements.

Good to Have

• Experience with PLC and SCADA systems in infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with asset management and network discovery tools such as Snipe-IT and Lansweeper.
• Strong documentation capabilities including solution designs, architecture documents, and operational runbooks.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling, CI/CD toolchain administration, and platform maintenance.
