Description

• Lead and participate in system engineering activities involving cross-functional technical support.
• Design, develop, and implement software and hardware solutions.
• Provide technical and break/fix level support for operating systems.
• Perform OS administration tasks on virtualized and bare metal servers.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
• Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments.
• Work a flexible schedule, including on-call and weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

• Recommend and design software and hardware solutions.
• Provide technical support for various operating systems.
• Automate tasks using scripting skills.
• Troubleshoot network and performance issues.

Qualifications

• 10 years of systems engineering experience.
• Senior-level experience with Linux.
• Proficient in OS administration on virtualized and bare metal servers.
• Expertise in clustering solutions and SAN configurations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
