• 8-12+ years of network, DNS, cloud, or security infrastructure experience, including significant hands-on DNS operations experience.
• Strong experience administering Cloudflare DNS and troubleshooting authoritative DNS and internet resolution issues.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, DNSSEC, delegation, caching, TTL behavior, anycast, TCP/IP, TLS, HTTP/S, and cloud networking.
• Experience with enterprise DNS migrations, automation, APIs, security controls, and high-availability services.
• Working knowledge of hybrid DNS using BlueCat, Infoblox, Microsoft DNS, AWS Route 53, or Azure DNS is preferred.
• Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
• Relevant Cloudflare accreditation or demonstrated advanced Cloudflare platform experience.
• AWS, Microsoft Azure, or cloud-security certification is advantageous.
• CCNP Enterprise, JNCIP-ENT, ITIL Foundation, Terraform, or relevant security certification is preferred.

Working Conditions
• Ability to work in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts or on-call support as required.
• Availability for planned changes during approved maintenance windows and major-incident support outside standard business hours.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and customers.
Selection Focus: Candidates must demonstrate strong advanced DNS troubleshooting and practical Cloudflare administration. Experience with automation, DNS security, and hybrid cloud resolution is highly preferred.
