• 8-12+ years of network or infrastructure experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on enterprise DDI experience.
• Strong experience with BlueCat Address Manager and BlueCat DNS/DHCP Server administration and troubleshooting.
• Deep knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, TCP/IP, subnetting, anycast, high availability, and enterprise network dependencies.
• Experience supporting high-volume, business-critical, multi-site or global DDI environments.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, automation, Linux administration, certificates, security controls, and ITIL processes.
• Bachelor degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related discipline.
Preferred Certifications
• BlueCat Certified Professional or equivalent BlueCat accreditation.
• Cloud certification such as AWS Solutions Architect or Azure Administrator is advantageous.
• CCNP Enterprise, JNCIP-ENT, ITIL Foundation, or relevant security certification is preferred.

Working Conditions
• Ability to work in a 24x7 global support model, including rotational shifts or on-call support as required.
• Availability for planned changes during approved maintenance windows and major-incident support outside standard business hours.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams and customers.
Selection Focus: Candidates must demonstrate strong hands-on depth in BlueCat DDI operations and advanced DNS/DHCP troubleshooting. Automation and hybrid-cloud DNS experience are significant advantages.
