Role Descriptions: The Onsite Support Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day operation| monitoring| maintenance| and support of Data Center infrastructure.Conduct / helps in preventive maintenance activities.Respond to alerts| incidents| and service requests. Perform first-level troubleshooting and fault isolation.Track incidents to closure and document resolutions.Assist in hardware/ cabling installation| replacement| and upgrades.Follow up with stake holders / OEM for issue resolution ( for network devices| servers| storage| UPS| SMPS| IP clock etc)
