Role Summary

We are seeking an experiencedNetwork Engineer – F5 Automation SME with strong hands-on expertise inF5 BIG-IP technologies,network automation, andhub-and-spoke network architectures. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, automating, and supporting scalable, secure enterprise network environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and supportF5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, iRules) in enterprise environments.
Implement and maintainnetwork automation using tools such asAnsible, Python, Terraform, or REST APIs.
Support and optimizehub-and-spoke network architectures, including traffic flow, routing, and security controls.
Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle management of F5 and network components.
Troubleshoot complex network and load balancer issues in production environments.
Work closely with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability and performance.
Support hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud such as AWS/Azure).
Participate in change management, incident response, and root cause analysis.
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of overall network engineering experience.
Strong hands-on experience withF5 BIG-IP (LTM mandatory; GTM/DNS preferred).
Proven experience innetwork automation (Ansible, Python, REST APIs, Terraform).
Solid understanding ofhub-and-spoke network models.
Strong knowledge ofTCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, routing and switching.
Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or financial services environments.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud networking (AWS / Azure).
Exposure to CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.
F5 certifications (101/201/301) preferred.
Experience working in regulated or enterprise client environments.
