Network Engineering and Delivery Manager

About The Job:

• We are looking for an experienced Network Engineering Delivery Manager to lead enterprise network operations, engineering teams, and customer delivery engagements.
• The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in networking along with proven experience in service delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Network Engineering and Operations services.
• Manage network infrastructure, operations, incidents, escalations, and service improvements.
• Drive SLA/KPI adherence and operational excellence.
• Provide technical leadership for enterprise, data center, cloud, and hybrid networking environments.
• Lead network transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• Manage customer relationships, governance reviews, and executive communications.
• Mentor and develop Network Engineers and Technical Leads.
• Support resource planning, hiring, and team development.

Qualifications:
Experience Requirements

• 14+ years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Network Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of Delivery Management experience leading network operations or engineering teams.
• Experience managing enterprise network environments and customer-facing engagements.

• Data Center Networking
• Wireless Networks
• Network Security (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF)
• Load Balancers (F5, Netscaler, etc.)

• Cloud Networking (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting
• ITIL Service Management

Preferred Certifications

• CCNP / CCIE
• ITIL
• PMP / PRINCE2
• Azure Network Engineer Associate
• AWS Advanced Networking

Soft Skills

• Strong customer and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.

• A strong technical delivery leader with deep networking expertise, customer-facing experience, and a proven track record of managing large-scale network operations and transformation programs.
