About The Client:
Client is an Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting. Headquartered in Mumbai, it is a part of the Tata Group and operates in 150 locations across 46 countries.
Essential Job Functions:
- Design, implement, and maintain F5 load balancing solutions
- Maintain high availability, scalability, and security of enterprise applications and services
- Configure and manage F5 BIG-IP appliances (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM modules)
- Create and maintain virtual servers, pools, profiles, iRules, and SSL offloading
- Optimize application delivery and load balancing
- Implement global traffic management for multi-site deployments
- Configure F5 ASM for WAF policies
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates
- Perform performance monitoring, health checks, and ensure operational stability

Desired Experience Range-4–8 Years

Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL, DNS, load balancing algorithms
- LTM
- GTM / DNS
- ASM
- APM
Scripting knowledge of:
- Python
- Bash
- Ansible
- Create SOPs and KB articles
- Review existing documents, update them, and obtain sign-off from upper management
- Knowledge of network protocols:
- BGP
- OSPF
- Understanding of VLANs, routing, and firewall concepts
- Experience with high availability and disaster recovery setups
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong focus on delivery and customer service
- Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple teams
- Team player
