Job Title:Â Network Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, CA - Onsite
Duration:12+ months - Contract
Pay rate range: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour (DOE)
Responsibilities:
- Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure in a high-availability environment.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Cisco Viptela-based SD-WAN across hundreds of remote sites.
- Develop and manage SD-WAN feature and device templates to support consistent network deployments.
- Troubleshoot network performance and availability issues across service-provider and enterprise environments.
- Provide technical leadership for network implementation, maintenance, and operational activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience designing, installing, and maintaining network infrastructure, including at least 1 year in a lead capacity.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Cisco Viptela SD-WAN experience, including feature/device templates and multi-site deployments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a service-provider network environment.
- Both CCNA and CCNP certifications are mandatory. A bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred; additional qualifying experience may substitute for the degree.
