Network Engineer

A Network Engineer is responsible for the setup configuration running network deployments and buildouts This includes but not limited to hands on work in a datacenter lab environment buildouts deployments configuring network elements to pass traffic through the test setup configuring a traffic generator troubleshooting issues with the baseline test setup gathering test data analyzing the test data for root causes and building test reports working with stakeholders and DCS teams

• MUST CCNP level networking Python Good to have Powershell basics required
• Skills Routing protocols such as BGP Link State Algorithm VXLAN EBGP MPLS RSVP with Traffic Engineering knowledge as well as practical experience including troubleshooting and good to have design experience
• Python Scripting Level Basic coding experience
• 1 years of software design and development experience using Python and YAML
• 2 years experience in network buildout deployments
• 2 years experience with Datacenter Switches and Routers Arista Cisco Juniper
• Experience with one or more Network element OS EOS NXOS IOS JUNOS SONiC
• Experience with Layer 2 Protocols VLAN Bridges Ethernet
• Good knowledge in Python or PowerShell scripting
• Previous MS experience is PLUS
• Good change management network troubleshooting skills
• Firewall management
