> 10 Years of Experience with Cisco Routing, Switching, and SD-WAN environment.
>Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for network incidents and service requests.
>Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet, and Data Center connectivity issues.
> Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches.
>Support routing protocols like BGP, OSPF etc.
>Manage Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching technologies: VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP etc.
>Troubleshoot routing loops, packet loss, latency, and network outages
>Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
>Manage incident, change, and problem tickets as per ITIL processes.
>Coordinate with vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.
>Experience with monitoring such as SolaWinds etc.
>Monitor and support Cisco SD-WAN infrastructure.
>Manage vManage, vBond, and vSmart controllers.
>Troubleshoot SD-WAN overlay and underlay connectivity issues.
>Support ACLs, NAT, VPN, and basic firewall troubleshooting.
>Manage DNS, DHCP, NTP, and IP Address Management.
>Ensure compliance with network security policies and standards.
