Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedNetwork Operations Engineer with strong hands-on expertise inCisco networking, routing & switching, Cisco Catalyst, firewalls, VPN, network troubleshooting, and monitoring. The role will be responsible for maintaining enterprise network availability, resolving complex network incidents, implementing approved changes, and supporting business-critical network infrastructure in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain enterpriseLAN/WAN network infrastructure and ensure high availability.
• Configure and troubleshootCisco routers and Catalyst switches.
• ManageVLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel, trunking, inter-VLAN routing, and port security.
• Configure and troubleshootOSPF, EIGRP, BGP, IP addressing, subnetting, and NAT.
• AdministerCisco ASA/FTD firewalls, including ACLs, NAT, security policies, and VPN connectivity.
• Configure and supportSite-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs, including AnyConnect where applicable.
• Implement and troubleshootHSRP/VRRP and other high-availability technologies.
• Handle complex network incidents, performroot-cause analysis (RCA), and drive timely resolution.
• UseWireshark/packet captures to troubleshoot network and application connectivity issues.
• Monitor network infrastructure usingSNMP, Syslog, and NetFlow and respond to alerts proactively.
• Execute network changes through establishedIncident, Problem, Request, and Change Management processes.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, security teams, and other infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Participate in24x7 rotational support and meet enterprise SLA requirements.
