Job Title : NetBox Plugin Developer
Location: Remote
Job Summary
We are looking for a NetBox Plugin Developer to build and customize NetBox solutions for inventory migration. The role focuses on extending NetBox functionality, integrating with workflows, and supporting automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain custom NetBox plugins and extensions
Customize DCIM, IPAM, racks, devices, and virtual infrastructure models
Build REST API integrations with CMDBs, ticketing tools, cloud platforms, and automation tools
Improve NetBox usability through custom UI components and workflows
Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with NetBox and plugin development
Python, Django, REST APIs
Understanding of enterprise networking concepts:
IPAM, VLANs, subnets, routing basics
Git, Linux, PostgreSQL
Preferred Skills
Integration with Ansible, Terraform, ServiceNow
Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
CI/CD and DevOps practices
UI customization experience (HTML/CSS, basic JS)
