· Strong grasp of storage concepts: snapshots, controller failover, deduplication, cloning, SnapMirror, IntelliSnap; performance tuning and security hardening.
· Proficiency with OnCommand Unified Manager / Performance Manager / Insight for monitoring and troubleshooting.
· SAN: Brocade/Cisco administration, zoning, troubleshooting connectivity.
· Protocols: CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel; strong knowledge of FC/IP-based replications.
· Exposure to automation (NetApp Workflow Automation, Ansible) preferred.
· Windows/Linux system administration exposure; strong customer communication and documentation skills; stakeholder management; positive, team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities* · Provide Level-2 support: incidents, service requests, problem management, infrastructure improvements.
· Plan and perform ONTAP upgrades; troubleshoot performance and stability issues.
· Administer and monitor storage using OnCommand toolset; ensure data protection and replication health.
· Manage SAN zoning and connectivity across Brocade/Cisco switches.
· Collaborate with Windows/Linux teams for host integration; maintain documentation and change records per ITIL.
· Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
