.NET Full-stack Developer with AI Enablement focus

About the role

We’re looking for a.NET Full-stack Developer with AI Enablement focusto join our team as we continue ourAI transformation. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coding, values alignment with architectural decisions and is committed to delivering according to a roadmap. You should be motivated by creating real business value through your work.

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team building anew core sales system for the Baltics. The team includes a Product Owner, two developers, two QA specialists, a dedicated system analyst, and an architect.

This is an exciting opportunity to help design and develop abrand-new microservice-based sales platform, with a strong focus on AI enablement, modern technologies, and best practices.

What are you going to do?

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain high-quality, scalable and secure solutions within the squad’s scope

• Engage in code reviews and technical discussions, aiming for clean, efficient, and maintainable solutions

• Collaborate with the development team and stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement of team workflows

• Identify opportunities to integrate AI and automate development workflows, show how AI coding assistants and agentic workflows can improve development speed and quality

What do we expect from you?

Must have

• You’re passionate about solution development inAzure and have a strong grasp ofObject-Oriented Programming with.NET and C#

• You bring experience working withcomplex, message and event-driven architectures, and you applyclean code andSOLID principles to solve problems with simple, maintainable solutions

• You enjoy building and consumingAPIs andmicroservices and have hands-on experience withSQL/NoSQL databases, such asSQL Server andAzure Storage

• You're familiar withAzure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software development – planning, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and more

• You have practical experience inenterprise front-end development usingReact,JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar modern front-end technologies

• You useGitHub Copilot or similarAI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality

• You look for ways to contribute totest automation and continuous integration, including finding waysAI can strengthen these practices

• You have experience withKubernetes and a strong understanding of theGitOps approach to infrastructure and deployment management

• You takeinformation security seriously and are committed to safeguarding customer data and privacy

• You’re comfortable working in anEnglish-speaking environment, with strong communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders across countries

• You hold abachelor’s degree (or higher) inComputer Science,Software Engineering, or possess equivalent professional experience

Nice to have 

• Hands-on experience inquality assurance and a solid understanding of software testing practices

• Experience in automation ortest automation and willingness to help automate our development workflow
