Job description/Responsibilities :
1. 10 or more years of Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core. Experience with AI-assisted coding using AI Agentic frameworks
2. Hands-on experience in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API development
3. Knowledge of databases such as Sybase or SQL Server
4. Familiarity with MongoDB, Elasticsearch (Kibana), and Redis
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines
6. Proficiency in Git version control
7. Experience with AI-assisted coding using GitHub Copilot / Claude Code / Windsurf
8. Familiarity with MS Agent Framework, Agentic AI solutions, and Spec Driven Development is a plus.
9. Awareness of Angular is a plus
*Experience with analyzing cross-functional requirements
*Understanding of Call Center IVR / Agentic AI-based applications
*Experience translating high-level requirements into techno-functional requirements based on the Solution Architecture
*Good understanding of Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities
*Understanding of Agentic AI Evals
*Experience with Carelon SCS Applications and business processes is preferred.
*Understanding of Voice / Chat AI Agents is preferred
