ARC Group is recruiting for a .NET Developer in Irving, Texas for a Fortune 500 company in the Medical/Health Domain.
This is a hybrid position requiring3 days per week onsite in Irving, Texas and 2 days remote. Our client is seeking a .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience who can participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and application design through coding, testing, deployment, maintenance, and production support.

Responsibilities
-
Develop, enhance, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies.
-
Produce clean, scalable code using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and related technologies.
-
Participate in requirements analysis and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to develop software designs and application architecture.
-
Upgrade, configure, debug, refactor, and improve existing applications.
-
Develop and maintain web, desktop, and/or mobile applications.
-
Participate in design meetings and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
-
Test and deploy applications and systems.
-
Troubleshoot application issues and provide technical support.
-
Develop and maintain technical documentation throughout the software development lifecycle.
-
Participate in planned and unplanned application maintenance.
-
Follow established coding, testing, release, change management, and documentation procedures.
-
Apply IT controls and development best practices to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of applications and data.

Work effectively with third-party technology partners when necessary.

Take ownership of assigned tasks and independently drive work to completion.
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of professional experience in software development, application development, or a related IT role.
-
Hands-on experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer.

Strong experience withC# and .NET development.
-
Experience withASP.NET and web application development.
-
Experience withSQL Server and relational databases.
-
Familiarity withREST APIs and other application integration patterns.

Understanding of software architecture and design patterns, includingMVC.

Experience with source control/versioning tools such asGit.
-
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
-
Experience with unit testing, debugging, release procedures, and change management.
-
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
-
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing technical environment.

High school diploma or GED.

Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment.

Experience with application architecture, technical design, and system integration.
