Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experiencedContract Full Stack Developer to lead the modernization of our HR employee performance review process. This role will focus on designing and developing secure, scalable applications to digitize documentation, streamline workflows, and enable advanced data analytics for performance trend tracking.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, with expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL Server. This role requires the ability to work independently, manage sensitive data responsibly, and deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using C#, .NET, Entity Framework, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Visual Studio

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services for system integrations

Develop and optimize database structures, queries, and connectivity with SQL Server

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Implement secure coding practices to protect sensitive HR data

Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards

Perform testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain high-quality deliverables

Document technical designs and maintain development best practices
Required Qualifications
Experience
-
Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer

Prior experience working as a contractor in enterprise environments
Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Web API, and JavaScript

Hands-on experience with Entity Framework and Visual Studio

Solid understanding of SQL Server and database connectivity

Experience implementing secure authentication, encryption, and role-based access controls

Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and secure handling of sensitive information
Soft Skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
