Pay Range:$45/hr - $48/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain applications using.NET technologies includingC#,VB.NET,ASP.NET,SQL Server,JavaScript,HTML5, andCSS.
• Participate in all phases of theSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Develop new application functionality and enhance existing applications based on business requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application defects and production issues.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, code documentation, and support materials.
• Collaborate with team members to develop application designs and technical solutions.
• Develop client user interfaces and reporting tools that improve the user experience.
• Support application releases and production deployments.
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions usingSQL,VBA, and other Microsoft technologies.
• Create and optimizeSQL queries, stored procedures, tables, and views to support reporting and application needs.
• Develop dashboards and data visualization solutions usingPower BI,Tableau, or similar tools.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate withinAgile teams to support project delivery and application enhancements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 4+ years of experience developing applications using.NET technologies.
• Strong experience with:
• C#
• VB.NET
• ASP.NET
• SQL Server
• JavaScript
• jQuery
• HTML5/CSS3
• Experience developing and supporting web-based and/or Windows applications.
• Strong SQL skills including query development, stored procedures, table creation, views, and data analysis.
• Experience withMicrosoft VBA, including automation and Excel-based solutions.
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and SDLC practices.
• Experience withPower BI,Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
• Experience withPython development is preferred.
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, or self-service business applications.
• Healthcare, PBM, or related industry experience.
• Familiarity withAgile methodologies andJira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong documentation skills.
