Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and tools Build and support event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka, MQ, and Event Hub
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions
- Develop and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and SQL Server
- Create APIs and backend services using .NET technologies
- Perform data analysis and reporting support using Power BI
- Develop automation solutions, including job scheduling via Autosys
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Required Qualifications (Preferred Experience)
- Strong hands-on experience with: Fenergo, Databricks, .NET (C# preferred), Kafka, IBM MQ / Messaging systems, Azure Event Hub, Power BI, SQL Server (advanced querying, performance tuning), Python, Autosys or similar scheduling tools, GitHub
- Event-driven architecture and distributed systems
- Data engineering and pipeline design
- API development and integration patterns
- Experience with KYC (Know Your Customer) or Client Onboarding processes
- Familiarity with MBPM (Metastorm) or similar BPM tools
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Exposure to financial services or regulatory environments
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Self-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
