About the Role:

RSA America is seeking a.NET Developer to architect, lead, and build scalable and high-performing applications that drive digital growth in theretail CPG sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design, development, and deployment of .NET applications.

• Mentor junior developers and enforce best coding practices.

• Architect solutions using.NET Core,React,Web APIs, andcloud-native designs.

• Analyze performance and drive optimization efforts.

• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure code.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree inComputer Science or a related discipline.

• 4–6 years of professional experience with the.NET stack.

• Deep expertise inC#,ASP.NET Core,MVC,React, andSQL Server.

• Familiarity withmicroservices andcloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred).

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
