The Mission

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in web components and JavaScript frameworks to join our dynamic team. As a Frontend Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing user interfaces for our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in frontend development, a deep understanding of web technologies, and a passion for creating seamless and visually appealing user experiences.

Your day to day

1. Frontend Development & Web Components

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend applications.

• Build modular Web Components using technologies such asLit and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, high-quality user interfaces.

• Contribute to shared component libraries and frontend standards.

• Promote coding best practices, maintainability, and consistency across applications.

2. Microfrontend Architecture

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within amicrofrontend architecture.

• Ensure seamless integration between independently developed frontend applications.

• Support modularization, scalability, and independent delivery of frontend capabilities.

• Contribute to frontend architecture evolution and technical decision-making.

3. State Management

• Implement and maintain scalable state management solutions usingRedux or similar technologies.

• Define effective patterns for data flow and asynchronous operations.

• Ensure predictable application behavior and maintainable state structures.

• Support communication across frontend modules and applications.

4. Accessibility & User Experience

• Develop accessible user interfaces that comply withWCAG andWAI-ARIA guidelines.

• Perform accessibility reviews and remediation activities.

• Ensure compatibility with assistive technologies.

• Advocate for inclusive design and accessibility best practices.

5. Performance Optimization

• Optimize application performance and loading times.

• Identify and resolve rendering bottlenecks, memory issues, and performance concerns.

• Improve Core Web Vitals and overall user experience.

• Continuously monitor and enhance frontend performance.

6. Testing & Quality Engineering

• Create and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

• Support automated testing practices.

• Participate in code reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

7. Azure DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines usingAzure DevOps.

• Automate build, testing, quality validation, and deployment processes.

• Manage source control, build pipelines, release workflows, and artifacts.

• Support deployment and release activities across multiple environments.

• Troubleshoot build and deployment issues and drive continuous improvement of delivery processes.

8. AI-Assisted Development

• Leverage tools such asGitHub Copilot and other AI-powered engineering assistants to improve productivity.

• Use AI-assisted development techniques for coding, testing, debugging, refactoring, and documentation.

• Validate and review AI-generated outputs to ensure compliance with quality, security, and maintainability standards.

• Contribute to the adoption of responsible AI-assisted development practices within the team.

9. Collaboration & Technical Leadership

• Collaborate with developers, architects, designers, product owners, and QA engineers.

• Participate in architectural discussions and technical design reviews.

• Share knowledge and contribute to engineering communities and best practices.

• Support junior and mid-level engineers through mentoring and technical guidance.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and engineering excellence.

What you’ll bring to the team

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proven experience developing modern frontend applications.

• Strong knowledge ofJavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Hands-on experience withLit, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.

• Strong experience building and maintainingWeb Components.

• Solid experience withRedux or similar state management solutions.

• Experience working withinmicrofrontend architectures.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.

• Experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG, WAI-ARIA).

• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.

• Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience withAdobe Analytics

• Experience usingGitHub Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools.

• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with Git-based development workflows.
