WhatYou'llBring

Required

• 5+yearsofexperienceasaDatabaseAdministrator,DataEngineer,BIEngineer,orsimilarrole.
• AdvancedexpertiseinMicrosoftSQLServerandrelatedtechnologies.
• StrongproficiencyinSQL,storedprocedures,functions,views,queryoptimization,anddatabaseperformancetuning.
• Experiencewithdatabasedesign,schemadevelopment,logicalandphysicaldatamodelling.
• Strongunderstandingofquerylanguagesandanalyticstechnologies,includingSQL,MDX,DAX,PowerQuery(M),andPostgreSQL.
• Experiencebuilding,maintaining,andoptimizingETL/ELTprocessesusingSSIS,AzureDataFactory,MicrosoftFabric,orequivalenttools.
• Hands-onexperiencedevelopingandsupportingPowerBIsolutions,includingPowerBIDesktopandPowerBIService.
• Experiencecreatingandmaintaininganalyticsdatapipelinesthatsupportreporting,insights,andoperationaldecision-making.
• KnowledgeofMicrosoftFabricarchitecture,includingOneLake,Lakehouses,Warehouses,Pipelines,andNotebooks.
• Understandingofbusinessintelligencebestpractices,includingdimensionalmodelling,datawarehousing,anddatagovernance.
• Experiencesupportingmission-criticalsystemswithastrongfocusonuptime,stability,andserviceexcellence.
• WorkingknowledgeofWindowsServerenvironmentsandnetworkingfundamentals.
• Experienceoperatingwithinregionalorglobalorganizations.
• Bachelor'sdegreeinarelevantfieldorequivalentcombinationofeducationandexperience.

KeyResponsibilities

EnsureAvailabilityofCriticalDataPlatforms

• ActasthesubjectmatterexpertforSQLServerdatabases,businessintelligenceplatforms,andsupportingback-endsystems.
• Maintainmaximumuptime,performance,reliability,andsecurityacrossenterprisedatabaseenvironments.
• Monitor,troubleshoot,andresolvedatabase-relatedincidents,performanceissues,andservicedisruptions.
• Participateinon-callandoccasionalout-of-hourssupporttomaintainbusiness-criticalservices.

SupportandEnhanceEnterpriseSystems

• EnsurethesmoothoperationandoptimalperformanceofERM'sfinancesystemsandotherSQL-dependentapplications.
• Partnerwithsoftwarevendorsandinternalstakeholderstoidentify,troubleshoot,andresolvesystemissues.
• Developenhancementsthatimproveperformance,scalability,anduserexperience.
• Supportintegrationanddataflowsacrossmultiplesystemsandplatforms.

DriveDataandAnalyticsExcellence

• Design,develop,andmaintainrobustdatamodels,datawarehouses,andanalyticalsolutions.
• Buildandoptimizedatapipelinesthattransformdataintoactionablebusinessinsights.
• Ensuredatasetsfrommultiplesourcesremainaccurate,centralized,governed,andaccessible.
• DevelopandmaintainPowerBIreports,dashboards,andreportingsolutionsthatsupportstrategicandoperationaldecision-making.

AdvanceMicrosoftFabricandModernDataCapabilities

• SupportandenhanceERM'sMicrosoftFabricenvironment,includinganalyticsengineering,dataorchestration,andreportingcapabilities.
• Contributetothedevelopmentofscalablemoderndataarchitectureandbestpractices.
• Identifyopportunitiestoimprovedataprocessingefficiency,reportingperformance,andplatformscalability.
