Full Stack Developer Global Link ,Vice President

Technical Requirements experienced in:

• Software engineering, or an equivalent combination of professional experience, education, and technical training.
• Designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications usingJava/J2EE,Node.js, and object-oriented programming principles.
• Designing, implementing, and supporting system integrations usingAPIs, messaging frameworks, and batch processing solutions.
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex production issues within highly available, business-critical environments.
• Working across the fullSoftware Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including solution architecture, development, testing, release management, deployment, and production support.
• Leading complex technology initiatives, driving technical delivery, and mentoring software engineers and development teams.

Technical Skills

• Programming Languages: Java, Node.js, or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes.
• Databases: PostgreSQL (preferred); exposure to Databricks and/or Snowflake is highly desirable.
• Monitoring & Development Tools: GitHub Copilot (GHCP), Grafana, Claude Code, and modern software engineering toolchains.

Preferred Attributes

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to operate effectively in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
