Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking aSenior Technical Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to the design and delivery of scalable, API-driven solutions for complex domains.

Within this role, you will define backend specifications, lead AI integration, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for specific product modules.

The position demands strong technical expertise, practical experience with modern tools and technologies, and a collaborative mindset to align business goals with technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and document technical specifications for backend systems and APIs (REST) using JSON and XML
• Serve as a Proxy Product Owner or SME for specific product modules, guiding development teams
• Collaborate on web application design to ensure scalability and technical feasibility
• Analyze databases and write SQL queries to support requirements gathering and validation
• Utilize AI tools to enhance business analysis processes and design AI-driven features
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, development teams, and product owners

Requirements

• 4+ years as a System Analyst or similar role in Insurance, Healthcare, Financial, or Banking domains
• Expertise in API technologies (REST) and backend specifications (JSON, XML)
• Proficiency in database concepts and SQL query writing
• Skills in web application design principles
• Understanding of AI concepts and practical experience with AI tools
• Familiarity with agentic AI approaches and hands-on AI implementation projects
• Showcase of excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
