Lead Software Engineer - MEAN Stack

We are looking for a highly skilledFull Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in modernJavaScript,TypeScript,Angular, andNode.js. The ideal candidate should have deep conceptual clarity and practical implementation experience in core JavaScript internals, Angular architecture, Node.js performance, and modern web security.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a focus on code quality, and architectural understanding, including micro-frontends and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop user interface components
• Work with UX Designers, Business Analysts and Product Managers to get the complete requirements and designs
• Analyze requirements for technical feasibility and participate in designing the solution
• Identify reusable components and build/update the component library, avoiding duplicate code
• Translate designs and wireframes to produce quality code adhering to performance, readability, and reusability best practices
• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth responsive UIs for the web
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
• Participate in Scrum team activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience designing and developing applications, microservices, and REST APIs
• Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 8+ and NgRx
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. SASS, Jest, Puppeteer, Falcor, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Extensive experience with Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express.js)
• Solid understanding of AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, AppSync, API Gateway)
• Familiarity with database technologies like MongoDB
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and Azure VSTS
• Good understanding of design patterns and software architectures like MVC, MVVM, modularization, and unidirectional approaches
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience in developing micro-frontend web applications, SPAs, desktop applications, and PWAs
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Understanding of security principles and best practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
