We are seeking a highly skilledBackend Developer and Architect with strong expertise inMicroservices architecture, containerization,Java,Golang, andmessage-driven systems likeRabbitMQ. The role requires experience in designing high availablecontainerized application architecture deployed inKubernetes clusters,CI/CD pipelines usingGitLab, andbasic knowledge of AI and video analytics technologies. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar withLinux OS,Python, andBash scripting. Basic frontend knowledge is a plus for collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Microservices Architecture: Design and review service architecture to ensure high availability and scalability.
• Troubleshooting & Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the reliability of the platform.
• Containerization & Kubernetes: Build and deploy containerized applications usingDocker and manage orchestration withKubernetes (K8s).
• CI/CD Pipeline Management: Configure, manage, and troubleshootGitLab CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Databases: Design and develop cache and persistent data management mechanism to ensure data high availability, integrity and consistency.
• Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems usingJava andGolang.
• Python & Bash Scripting: Write and maintainPython andBash scripts for automation, deployments, and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend and AI teams to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow across the system

• Strong proficiency inJava andGolang for backend development.
• Experience inmicroservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience withcontainerization technologies such asDocker and orchestration usingKubernetes.
• Proficiency in managingCI/CD pipelines usingGitLab.
• Experience with message brokers such asRabbitMQ, Kafka, ActiveMQ.
• Familiarity with databases such asMSSQL,MongoDB, orRedis.
• Utilize basic knowledge ofLinux Based OS to manage servers, deployment environments, and perform necessary scripting.
• Python andBash scripting skills for automation and server management.
• Familiarity withcloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and root cause analysis within distributed systems.
• Experience inAPI development (REST, gRPC).

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge offrontend technologies likeReact,Angular, orVue.js.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts andvideo analytics technologies like OpenCV or FFmpeg.

• Big Data: Familiarity with big data technology such asElastic Search,Flink, Spark.

• Experience inevent-driven architecture and message-driven design.
• Advanced knowledge ofDevOps practices.
