Pay & Schedule

• Starting Wage: $21.00/hour

• Schedule: Full-Time | NOC Shift (8:00 PM – 4:30 AM)

• Location: San Francisco Post Acute, San Francisco, CA

Position Overview

As aHealthcare Aide/Nursing Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting residents and assisting the nursing team with daily care activities. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

• Observing residents and promptly reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff.

• Supporting the healthcare team in providing high-quality resident care and services.

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, families, and staff.

• Following all facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
