What You’ll Be Part OfÂ
As a Principal Engineer – Enterprise Digital Applications, you will be an individual contributor responsible for driving AI-enabled Accounts Payable transformation through SAP S/4HANA, OpenText VIM, and SAP Fiori. You will work closely with cross-functional business teams, ERP functional teams, IT integration partners, and external vendors to design, implement, and support scalable, touchless, and compliant invoice processing solutions. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving complex technology challenges, collaborating across functions, and delivering enterprise digital solutions that improve efficiency, automation, and business outcomes.

How You’ll Make An ImpactÂ
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain OpenText Archive Server, including integration with OpenText Content Server and SAP through ArchiveLink.
- Manage document archiving policies, retention rules, storage strategies, and data lifecycle management to ensure efficient and compliant document management.
- Monitor system performance, perform performance tuning and log analysis, and troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
- Execute and support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities for archived repositories.
- Support software upgrades, patches, system migrations, and user access/security configurations.

What Makes You A Strong FitÂ
- 9-13 years of experience in OpenText Archive Server / OpenText Content Suite.
- Strong knowledge of Operating System Administration, including Windows Server and Red Hat Linux.
- Good understanding of Databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, or DB2, along with network storage systems.
- Experience with SAP integration, including ArchiveLink and related document archiving solutions.
- Strong knowledge of VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) configuration.
- Experience configuring VIM document types, process types, invoice ingestion channels, including OCR, Email, EDI, XML, and SAP Ariba.
- Ability to configure and maintain approval workflows, workflow routing, business rules, exception handling, duplicate invoice checks, and dynamic role determination.
- Experience in Invoice Processing and Production Support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, process monitoring, and coordination with relevant technical and business teams.
- We see AI as an important part of how work gets done. While tools may vary, a baseline familiarity with using AI to support efficiency, problem-solving, and quality is expected.

Bonus Points if You Have
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), and FI-MM account determination.
- Experience supporting compliance-oriented or regulated business processes and training.
- Experience working in complex ERP landscapes across multiple countries, legal entities, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze business and system data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SAP reports, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, and enterprise documentation standards.
