Description:

1. Design, configure, and implement nCino and Salesforce solutions to support commercial lending, onboarding, and banking operations.
2. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions using nCino, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
3. Develop and manage integrations with core banking systems, third-party applications, and document management platforms.
4. Lead technical activities including solution design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support.
5. Collaborate within Agile teams, mentor junior resources, and drive best practices, governance, and successful project delivery.
