• Developanddeliverhigh-performancecomputingprocessorIPproductsasamemberoftheGF'sIPEngineeringteaminHsinchu.

• Drivetechnicalplanning,execution,anddeliveryacrossproductdevelopment,customerengagements,andengineeringinitiatives.

• Workindependentlyandcollaborateeffectivelywithglobalcross-functionalteamstoensurehigh-qualityandtimelyprojectexecution.

• Authorandreviewtechnicalspecifications,workplans,designdocumentation,andprojectdeliverables.

• Contributetechnicalexpertiseinareassuchasarchitectureanalysis,microarchitecture,logicdesign,implementation,verification,signoff,andproductdelivery.

• Supportthedevelopmentandenhancementofengineeringmethodologies,designflows,andqualityimprovementinitiatives.

• Participateintechnologyroadmapplanning,projectdefinition,andtechnicalcustomerengagements.

• Collaborateacrosssitesandfunctionstoresolvetechnicalchallengesanddrivesuccessfulproductoutcomes.

• Promoteengineeringexcellencethroughknowledgesharing,executiondiscipline,andcontinuousprocessimprovement.

• Contributetoteamcapabilitydevelopmentandmentorearly-careerengineersasneeded.

• Supportsystemdevelopmentinitiatives,platformbring-up,andbusiness-criticalengineeringprograms.

• Driveinnovationandoperationalefficiencywhileensuringalignmentwithproject,quality,andbusinessobjectives.

Required Qualifications

• Master'sdegreeinElectricalEngineering,ComputerScience,orarelatedfield.

• 5+yearsofexperienceindigitaldesign,implementation,verification,orvalidationofprocessor/IPproducts.

• Strongunderstandingofmicroprocessor,memory,andsystemarchitectures.

• Hands-onexperienceinRTLdesign,microarchitecture,verificationmethodologies(UVM/OVM,formalverification,functionalcoverage),andtechnicalspecificationdevelopment.

• ProficiencyinSystemVerilog,Verilog,C/C++,Python,Perl,andscriptinglanguages.

• Experiencewithindustry-standardEDAtoolsforsimulation,synthesis,linting,formalverification,andflowautomation.

• Stronganalytical,problem-solving,andtechnicalcommunicationskills.

• Abilitytodrivetechnicalexecution,collaborateacrossglobalteams,anddeliverhigh-qualityresultsinafast-pacedenvironment.

PreferredQualifications

• Experienceleadingprojectsormentoringengineers.

• Experienceworkingwithgeographicallydistributedteams.

• Familiaritywithproductsignoff,siliconbring-up,andproductdeliveryprocesses.
