PMO Expert -Saudi National- Riyadh, KSA

We are looking for an experiencedPMO Expert to establish and manage project governance, standards, reporting, and performance management across multiple projects and initiatives. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintainPMO governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor projectscope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Consolidate project status reports and provideexecutive-level dashboards and insights.
• Track project KPIs, milestones, deliverables, and overall portfolio performance.
• Manage and maintainRAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
• Support project managers with planning, scheduling, resource management, and delivery governance.
• Identify project risks and delays and drive appropriate mitigation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with business, technical, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Preparesteering committee and management presentations.
• Support portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and organizational governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and reporting.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure proper project lifecycle governance.

• Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Project Management, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of overall experience, with strong experience in PMO/project governance.
• Proven experience working inenterprise-scale or complex transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such asPMBOK, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project portfolio management, governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency inExcel and PowerPoint; experience with tools such asMS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar PMO tools is preferred.
