職務概要

オペレーションズ・インプルーブメント（Operations Improvement）エンジニアは、インダストリアル・エンジニアリング（IE）部門の一員として、半導体製造工場のパフォーマンスを分析・最適化し、ビジネス目標の達成に貢献するソリューションを提供します。

担当領域において関係者と連携しながら、データに基づく意思決定を推進し、工場オペレーションの継続的な改善をリードします。また、生産スケジューリングシステム、自動搬送システム、製造実行システム（MES）、データ分析・レポーティング基盤などを活用し、工場全体の最適化と意思決定支援を行います。OIのコアスキルである分析、問題解決、スケジューリング・オートメーション領域の知識を活用し、製造効率向上を推進します。

主な業務

• 大量データの分析および可視化を通じて課題を特定し、改善ソリューションを開発・提供する
• 生産スケジューリングおよびシミュレーションを活用し、生産ラインの最適化を推進する
• 自動搬送システムを考慮した搬送最適化およびスループット向上を実現する
• 製造データやKPIの分析・可視化を通じて、改善提案および意思決定支援を行う
• AIを活用したデータ分析、自動化、意思決定支援ソリューションの提案・開発を行う
• BIツールを活用したダッシュボードおよび自動レポーティング・分析基盤を設計・開発する
• ボトルネック解消やサイクルタイム短縮を通じて、生産性向上を推進する
• 改善施策の実行、効果検証および継続的改善をリードする
• プロジェクトの進捗や成果を関係者およびマネジメント層へ報告し、意思決定を支援する
• 複数部門や海外拠点と連携し、工場パフォーマンス向上に向けたグローバルな改善プロジェクトを主導する
• チームメンバーへの知識共有・技術指導・育成を行う

必須要件

• 新しい領域へ挑戦し、価値創出に貢献する意欲
• 高い主体性・積極性およびチームでの協働能力
• 論理的思考力および問題解決能力
• 日本語および英語によるコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）
• 以下いずれかの学位、または同等の実務経験
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Operations Research
  • Computer Science
  • Data Science
  • その他関連技術分野
• C# / Python / SQL / Angular 等を用いたプログラミング・データ処理スキル
• Tableau、Snowflake、Visual Studio、Git、Azure DevOps 等の利用経験

• 半導体製造における生産計画、搬送、KPI分析に関する知識または経験
• 製造実行システム（MES）や工場自動化システムに関する知識または経験
• 機械学習、深層学習、生成AI、強化学習に関する知識または実務経験

• 製造業におけるシミュレーションやアプリケーション開発経験
• 大規模データ分析および可視化に関する経験
• グローバルチームとの協業経験
