About the Role
As aSeniorProduct Manager/Owner at Clearfacts, you will take full ownership of a functional scope of our platform, including SME-facing functionality, our mobile app, and a brand-new financial accounting module.
You will operate at the heart of product development, bridging customer needs, business goals, and technical execution, while working closely with a dedicated development team and a wide range of stakeholders.
This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role where your ideas can go live in production within months and directly shape the experience of thousands of users.
What You Will Do
Define and maintain yourproduct roadmap, aligned with the broader product and business strategy
Engage directly with customers throughinterviews, workshops, and feedback sessions to uncover needs and validate solutions
Translate complex accounting processes intosimple, intuitive user experiences
Own and prioritize theproduct backlog, balancing new features with continuous improvements
Design features and write clearfunctional specifications for developers
Work closely with your development team in anAgile (Scrum) environment to deliver high-quality releases
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Support, Marketing) to ensuresuccessful product adoption
Define KPIs and monitorpost-launch performance, using data and feedback to drive improvements
Coordinatego-live strategies and ensure successful releases
Contribute to thelong-term product vision and strategic planning
What Makes You a Great Fit
You have3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner (or similar role) in a B2B SaaS environment
You are experienced inAgile/Scrum methodologies and know how to drive delivery in iterative cycles
You excel atunderstanding customer problems and translating them into structured solutions
You are aproactive communicator, comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders
You takeownership and actively seek feedback, both internally and from customers
You can simplifycomplex concepts into user-friendly solutions, ideally within complex domains
You have a strongUX mindset, focusing on usability, clarity, and consistency
You aredata-driven and use insights to guide product decisions
You are motivated to learn (or already experienced in) theaccounting/fintech domain
You are fluent inEnglish, as well as inDutch/French for client interaction
