Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics F&O

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Functional Consulting

• Lead and deliverend-to-end implementations ofMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&O, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Manage thedesign, configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP solutions with minimal supervision.
• Conductfit-gap analysis, ensure system alignment with business processes, and optimize configurations.
• Provide user training and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
• Ensure adherence toindustry best practices, Microsoft Sure Step methodology, and compliance standards.

Customer Engagement & Solution Advocacy

• Be atrusted advisor to clients, ensuring strong relationships andpositive feedback.
• Understand the client’s business processes andrecommend optimizations using Microsoft D365 F&O.
• Act as astrong advocate for adherence to best practices and standards, supporting clients in ERP adoption.
• Ensure customers value the consultant’s expertise andhold them in high regard for solution delivery.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing

• Work closely withfunctional teams, technical consultants, and project managers to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide support and assistance tojunior consultants while sharing best practices.
• Ensure functional teams adhere tostandards, guidelines, and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s inFinance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or IT.
• Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365Finance & Operations (Finance / Supply chain)
• Professional Qualification:ACCA is preferred.

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in ERP consulting, with at least2 full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
• Strong understanding ofFinance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Manufacturing modules.
• Ability toindependently manage ERP implementations with moderate to minimal supervision.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Functional & ERP Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).
• Experience inGL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Warehouse Management.
• Exposure toHR, Payroll, Landed Cost Management, or Project Management Accounting (PMA) is a plus.
