TheCustomer Training Coordinatoris responsible for: 

• Coordinate the processes for Power Quality SolutionsCustomerTrainings. In this role, thetrainingcoordinator will be responsibleto organize the demands related to customertrainings, both during tender stage and duringprojectexecution. 

• During the tender stage, the Customer TrainingCoordinator is responsibleto define thetrainingprogram andcalculate the costs to execute it. The training program must be basedonthe customer requirements and specifications.  

• During the execution, theTrainingCoordinator is responsibleto make sure that all the deadlines areaccomplished, and the trainings are planned well in advance, including material preparation, updates,logistics and resources.  

• The CustomerTrainingCoordinator is responsibleto make sure that the necessary alignment is done with the different departments, being responsibleto organize andcoordinate meetings and processes. 

• This role is part of the Engineering team and willinteract cross functionally in theorganization. The Customer Training Coordinator will be working closely with different departments and units across theglobe since many of thetrainings are prepared on demand for them. 

• UpdateTrainingdocumentation, develop and standardize the training material and make it accessible to the organization.
