Manager - Technology Consulting - Infor WMS

We're looking for a skilledManager, Technology Consulting with expertise in Infor WMS to direct a multi-site Infor WMS platform rollout, managing every stage of deployment from planning and design through configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve favorable business results
• Act as lead coordinator for implementation initiatives and supervise Infor WMS application configuration
• Handle the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning planning, implementation, and post-go-live support
• Manage configuration validation and documentation, typical inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover readiness, UAT defect fixes, high-volume operational testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization
• Advise clients on best practices covering warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management and RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns and special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and inventory cycle counting
• Complete tasks independently, prioritize workload among teams, and adapt swiftly within a fast-paced environment
• Guarantee that deliverables meet or surpass client quality standards while actively overseeing relevant quality controls
• Navigate ambiguous situations to bring clarity and organization throughout the project lifecycle
• Cultivate capability, best-practice expertise, and skill development within client teams
• Earn trust and respect from EPAM and client colleagues through supportive and dependable conduct
• Foster collaboration and receptiveness to diverse perspectives to boost performance across client and EPAM teams
• Spot opportunities to build strategic relationships proactively at individual, account, and organizational levels

Requirements

• 12-17 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager level, or alternatively 4+ years of dedicated Infor Warehouse Management (WMS) experience
• Experience deploying Infor WMS within sectors like Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
• Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions
• Supply chain background gained at major global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, or CPG distributors
• Strong Supply Chain Management expertise, recognized as an SME/thought leader in WMS solutions
• Willingness to travel as required for project delivery
• Bachelor's degree required, with advanced education considered a plus
