Warehouse supervisor

Your Role

In your daily job you will:

• Responsible for the organization and control of all the operational process in our warehouse centerManage inventory flow and ensure adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor and improve the overall warehouse operations to achieve the safety, quality, delivery, cost, efficiency and flexibility.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and packaging of materials.
• Ensure the plant’s cost-efficient operation by implementing and selecting the most cost-efficient carrier, negotiates on shipping rates, as appropriate, etc
• Coordinate with Finance on matters involving inventory carry costsRecommend changes in procedures to improve the operation efficiency of the unitResponsible for safety and environment protection in the working area

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

• Commercial and operational knowledge is requiredSolid experience in warehouse management
• Be familiar with manufacture logistics working flowStrong customer-oriented working sense
• Problem solving skills, process management, negotiation skillsExcellent management, communication and organization skillsGood oral and written English skillsBachelor’s degree
