Payroll Payments Accountant

We are looking for anAccountantwith a finance or accounting background.

In this role, you will work with the global shared service Payroll team and engage in payroll payments, month-closure and other accounting-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll payments: domestic and foreign wire payments, batch and individual transfers
• Check the correctness of the executed payments, ensuring payments are maintained within deadlines
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Conduct bookkeeping of payroll and tax payments
• Reconcile bank accounts in SAP monthly
• Deal with payments requests and cooperate with banks, Treasury and Accounts Payable departments
• Cash management of payroll bank accounts
• Take part in regular improvement process activities with the IT development team, analyze areas of improvement, and test new improvements

Requirements

• Finance or accounting background
• 1+ years of accounting working experience
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel
• English level – B2 and higher, both written and spoken

Nice to have

• ACCA/DipIFR certifications
• Knowledge of SAP
• Experience with EU banking platforms
• Knowledge of payments monitoring
