We are currently seeking a sales specialist who will be responsible for sale target for Japan. This position is part of the BIS sales department located in Tokyo and will be fully remote. Report to BIS senior sales manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• User management in assigned area and search for new customers.
• Collection of customer information (direct/agency)
• Customer negotiation (Pre/After Sales)
• Dealer negotiation (Pre/After Sales)
• Conducting seminars and study sessions
• Order delivery management
• Document creation, forecasting/SFDC input, report creation

The essential requirements for the job include:

• 3 years or more of B to B business experience and sales experience preferred.
• Persons with experience in pharmaceutical and life science industries welcome
• Applicants with a college degree or higher in biology, pharmacy, chemistry, or biotechnology are welcome.
• Business English Beginner
• High level of writing skills in Japanese and communication skills in Japanese

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel – Business travel to Nagano area 1 -2days/ Quarter
• Ordinary car license required

BIS（バイオ・インダストリーソリューション）セールススペシャリストは、顧客ニーズに応じた製品説明やデモ、また、顧客からの問い合わせを通じて、顧客課題の理解とソリューションの提案を行う業務です。また、社内外との連携、資料作成、市場情報の収集、代理店管理などを行い、事業拡大に貢献して頂きます。ロケーションは東京になります。BISのシニアセールスマネジャーへレポートになります。

この役割では、以下の業務を行います:

• 担当エリアにおけるユーザー管理および新規顧客の探索
• 顧客情報の収集（直接顧客／代理店）
• 顧客との折衝（プリセールス／アフターセールス）
• 販売代理店との折衝（プリセールス／アフターセールス）
• セミナーおよび勉強会の実施
• 受注および納品管理
• 資料作成、フォーキャスト／SFDC入力、レポート作成

この仕事の必須条件は以下の通りです:

• B to Bビジネス経験が3年以上あること。営業経験がある方は歓迎。
• 製薬業界およびライフサイエンス業界での経験がある方は歓迎。
• チームメンバーと協力しながら高いパフォーマンスを発揮できること。
• 目標達成に向けて、自らアクションプランを立案し、実行できること。
• 生物学、薬学、化学、バイオテクノロジー分野における大学卒以上の学歴を有する方は歓迎。
• ビジネス英語：初級レベル。
• PCスキル（Microsoft Office Excel、Word、PowerPoint）。
• 日本語での高い文書作成能力およびコミュニケーション能力。

旅行、運転記録、身体的・環境的要件

• 出張が可能であること：長野エリアへの出張が四半期に1〜2日程度あります。
• 普通自動車運転免許が必要です。
