We are currently seeking a talented professional for a Polish Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria, based on-site in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium-level support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the fast-paced customer support services sector.
• Represent our clients with excellence, ensuring that the Polish-speaking user base receives timely and accurate resolutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of product updates and company policies to provide expert guidance to users.
• Document all interactions meticulously within the CRM system to ensure high-quality service tracking and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex customer issues and contribute to overall service excellence.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal and team KPIs, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
• Actively participate in feedback loops to help improve the quality of service provided in the Polish language market.

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written) proficiency is essential for this role.
• Professional command of English to facilitate communication within our international office environment.
• Valid EU passport or right to work in Bulgaria.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for the customer support services industry.
• Previous experience in a CX or customer-facing role is considered a significant advantage for this position.
• Ability to relocate to Sofia for an exciting on-site Polish Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria.
