Natural Foods Department Manager Full Time Day

We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As aManager, you will have animmediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction. 

 
Whatyou'll do 

• Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.

• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.

• Increase sales by readily approaching customers to recommend, promote and sell vitamins, supplements, and other natural health products.

• Stay current with industry trends and utilize educational resources to deliver expert knowledge to customers.

• Order product, receive and manage inventory to ensure a good in stock position.

• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.

• Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.

• Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.

• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations

• Other duties as assigned.

Whatyou’ll need: 

• A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• An educational background in holistic nutrition is required.

• Experience in homeopathy and herbal medicines would be beneficial, but not required.

• Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.

• Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
