Operator(Cleaning & Packaging)

Job Description:

• Adhere to the company's labor discipline, employee handbook, quality and safety policies.
• Strictly fill in and manage the quality records of this position in accordance with GDP requirements.
• Promptly detect abnormal phenomena and hidden dangers related to production, quality, and safety, and report to the manager or engineer.
• Manage the materials for this step well, perform regular inventory, and ensure consistency between materials and accounts.
• Perform on-site management and equipment tool maintenance, and cooperate with inspection and supervision.
• Proactively submitting improvement proposals to improve production efficiency and product quality, effectively reducing production costs.
• Obey the company's task arrangements.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 year of manufacturing experience.
• Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• strong quality mindset and responsibility.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Ability to accurately complete production and traceability records.
• Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom manufacturing preferred.
• Experience with dental implants or implantable medical devices preferred.
