Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night shift team.

This position offers a consistent, stable Thursday through Sunday schedule working the NOC shift, providing vital overnight care to our patients.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Wage: $51.00 – $53.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Thursday through Sunday
• Shift: NOC (Overnight)

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care and monitoring to residents during the night shift.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies accurately.
• Respond promptly to changes in resident conditions and coordinate with physicians if necessary.
• Direct and supervise floor staff, including LVNs and CNAs, to ensure excellent patient care.
• Complete accurate and thorough shift charting and documentation.

🛠️ Qualifications & Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently overnight.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to reliably work the fixed Thursday–Sunday schedule.
