ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to GI AVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation of key briefing materials.
- Coordinate Leadership Team meetings, business reviews and strategic planning sessions; prepare agendas, presentations and meeting minutes, and follow up on key decisions and action items.
- Track priority business initiatives, milestones, deliverables and risks; proactively coordinate resources and facilitate issue resolution.
- Support cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Sales, Medical, Market Access, Finance, HR and other enabling functions to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Consolidate business updates, operational data and key performance information to support management reviews and decision-making.
- Support internal communications, employee engagement activities, external visits and major business events as required.
- Assist with budget tracking, procurement requests, contracts, purchase orders and expense administration in line with company processes.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and ensure all activities comply with company policies, SOPs and applicable compliance requirements.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the GI AVP based on evolving business priorities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above; Business Administration, Marketing, Medicine, Pharmacy or a related discipline is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in executive support, business operations, project management, PMO, commercial excellence or a related function; multinational company experience is preferred.
- Industry background: Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, consulting or another highly regulated industry is preferred.
- Project and organizational skills: Strong planning, prioritization and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Business and analytical capability: good business acumen, information synthesis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently prepare clear management materials.
- Personal attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable and able to handle confidential information with sound judgment.
- Language: Fluent English with strong spoken and written.
- Digital skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
