The Account Manager plays a key role in supporting agency growth, agent development, and overall business performance. Working closely with Agency Directors, team leaders, and agents, this role provides hands-on coaching, performance monitoring, and operational support to ensure timely execution and sustainable agency expansion. The position contributes to recruitment, activation, retention, and performance improvement initiatives while strengthening communication and engagement across the agency. This opportunity offers exposure to agency management, leadership development, and business operations in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Enhanced Agent Support
- Provide closer support to team leaders and agents.
- Ensure timely support and guidance to agency members.
- Serve as a business successor to AD.
Performance Management
- Accelerate agency expansion while improving agent quality and retention.
- Focus on recruitment activities.
- Support agent activation and retention initiatives.
- Track agency activity management more effectively.
- Identify underperforming leader groups earlier.
- Implement targeted improvement plans (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Improve overall sales results.
Recruitment & Expansion
- Support agency recruitment initiatives.
- Monitor the recruitment pipeline.
- Assist with candidate selection and onboarding.
- Monitor referral sales performance.
Horizon Region Development
- Conduct coaching and field accompaniment.
- Monitor new agent development activities.
Performance Monitoring
- Track production and activity metrics.
- Follow up on action plans with leaders.
Operational Support
- Coordinate agency meetings and events.
- Ensure compliance and process adherence.
- Support the implementation of company initiatives.
- Provide back-end operational support (NB, UW, IT support, market survey, etc.).
Agent Engagement
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
- Gather agent feedback and take appropriate action.
- Strengthen communication between AD and agents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales management, agency management, recruitment, or business operations.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
