Position Overview 

We areseeking a Digital Delivery DisciplineLead to run the operational delivery of our Digital Delivery Function across multiple projects. The role is accountable for delivering BIM, reality capture, data analytics and information management services to client requirements, on time and within budget.

Acting as the senior operational contact, you will manage client communication, deliveryreporting and issue resolution while escalating commercial, strategic and client relationship matters to the European Digital Delivery Lead.Operating within an ISO 19650-aligned framework, you will lead teams, manage scope, assure quality compliance, integrate reality capture and data analytics to deliver verified reporting. 

What you will do: 

• Resolve issues, escalate relationship, commercial or strategic matters and act on feedback to improve service delivery. 

• Plan and manage digital delivery scope on projects, including milestones, resources and budget. 

• Deliver projects to ISO 19650 standards, BEP, MIDP/TIDP, CDE governance and project information protocols. 
• Monitor progress,costs and resources, taking corrective actions asrequired. 
• Manage project risks,issues,dependencies, interfaces and change control.

• Coordinate reality capture,BIM and data workflows to verify project progress and support 4D and 5D reporting. 

• Produce client and internal reporting on progress, KPIs and delivery status. 

• Lead BIM and Geospatial Managers and wider teams,allocating resources to meet project commitments and priorities. 

• Take ownership of discipline profitability, utilisation, projectfees and commercial reporting.
• Maintain and improve standards, templates and workflows, feeding lessons learnt back to the European Digital Delivery Lead to enhance delivery quality and efficiency
• Support proposals with deliverymethodology, programmes,estimates and resourcing plans. 

What you will bring: 

• Minimum 8 years' experience in digital delivery / BIM, includingleading delivery across multiple projects. 

• Proven project management experience: planning, programme, budget, resource,risk and change control. 

• Strong senior client-facing experience, with strong communication and reporting skills. 

• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650, CDEgovernance and MIDP / TIDP delivery, with knowledge of reality capture (laser scanning, photogrammetry, scan-to-BIM) and data analytics (e.g. Power BI). 

• Degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in Engineering, Architecture, Surveying, Geomatics, Construction or similar. 

• Desirable: ISO 19650 cert (e.g. BSI), project management qualification (e.g. PMP, APM or PRINCE2), 4D / 5D integration and earned-value methods.
