MultiTankcard | MoveMove has been active in business mobility for over 30 years. Through our self-developed IT platform, we authorise, process and invoice tens of millions of mobility transactions every year for more than half a million active users.

With MultiTankcard, we serve business lease drivers through nearly all major leasing companies in the Netherlands. With MoveMove, we focus on a fast-growing group of entrepreneurs and SMEs.

The mobility market is changing rapidly. Electric driving, public transport, parking and other forms of mobility are increasingly coming together. As our business continues to grow, both nationally and internationally, our organisation needs to grow with it.

Your mission

Your mission is to help build an organisation that is ready for its next phase of growth.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you are responsible for HR across MultiTankcard | MoveMove and part of the Management Team. You report directly to the CEO and act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO, the MT and the wider leadership team.

You translate business strategy into a clear people and HR agenda, while staying close to what is happening across teams and the organisation.

What the role looks like

This is a broad senior HR role where strategy and execution come together.

You’ll shape the HR vision and priorities for the organisation and help answer the people questions that come with growth: what does our future organisation look like, what kind of leadership do we need, which capabilities do we need to build, and how do we create a culture in which people can perform and develop?

At the same time, you remain visible and approachable across the organisation. You support leaders and employees on day-to-day HR topics and make sure our HR processes are professional, pragmatic and effective.

What you’ll do

• Shape and drive the people and HR strategy, aligned with the overall business strategy and growth ambitions.

• Develop leadership across the organisation, acting as a sparring partner and coach to the CEO, MT and other managers.

• Build a strong approach to learning and development, helping employees grow both professionally and personally.

• Drive organisation development, including structure, culture, capabilities, talent, succession and workforce planning.

• Further professionalise our HR framework, including performance management, compensation, benefits and HR policies.

• Strengthen recruitment, retention and employer branding so we can attract and keep the people we need.

• Advise on complex HR and employment matters, while keeping the approach practical and business-focused.

• Turn plans into action, setting the annual HR agenda and making sure priorities are actually delivered.

What you bring

• Significant experience in a broad senior HR role, such asHR Business Partner, HR Manager or similar.

• Experience as astrategic sparring partner to senior leadership or a Management Team.

• A strong track record inorganisation development, leadership development and learning & development.

• Experience building and professionalisingHR policies, processes and tools.

• Good knowledge ofDutch employment law and current HR developments.

• A pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset and the confidence tochallenge, advise and give push-back when needed.

• Strong communication and influencing skills in bothDutch and English.

• Bachelor’s-level thinking and working ability, gained through education or experience.

We are looking for someone with substantial relevant HR experience, but we care more about the impact you can make than ticking every box.

We offer:

• A gross monthly salary of€4,700 to €6,200 on a full-time basis, depending on your experience

• 25 holiday days based on a full-time working week

• Hybrid working: around40% from home and 60% from our renovated office in Hoofddorp

• The option to work fully remote for periods of time

• Full pension contribution

• A phone allowance and home-working allowance

• A contribution towards your health insurance
