Role 1-Technical Specialist (Teamcenter Mfg)
Lead end-to-end implementation of Teamcenter Manufacturing (TC Mfg) solutions
Job Description
• Configure and manage MBOM structures aligned with EBOM
• Define and implement BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment) in Teamcenter
• Create and manage process plans, operations, resources, and plant structures
• Configure manufacturing process planning (MPP) and shop-floor relevant data
• Ensure alignment between engineering, manufacturing, and execution data
• Perform data modeling, structure creation, and validation within Teamcenter
• Analyze as-is/to-be manufacturing processes and translate into system configuration
• Prepare and maintain functional specs, configuration documents, and process flows
• Support integration alignment with SAP and MES systems (data readiness and structures)
• Ensure proper handling of effectivity, revisions, and lifecycle states
• Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution
• Collaborate with integration, SAP, and business teams for end-to-end consistency
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, including test case validation and issue resolution
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and adherence to defined standards
• Manage tasks and track progress using Azure DevOps (AVD)
• Mentor team members and ensure adherence to Teamcenter best practices
Role 2
Solution Architect-(Integration)
Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Teamcenter–SAP integrations using T4S/T4ST PLMSI
•Configure and develop integration for Material, BOM (EBOM/MBOM/BOP/BOE), Documents, and Change Management (ECN/MCN)
• Enable accurate EBOM to MBOM transfer and synchronization ensuring single source of truth
• Design and implement integration for BOP (Bill of Process) and BOE (Bill of Equipment)
• Design and implement integration for Opcenter (Bill of Process) using C4NT
• Define and implement data mappings, transformation rules, and validations
• Handle effectivity mapping, revision control, and lifecycle state synchronization
• Conduct requirement discovery and translate business needs into technical design
• Analyze as-is/to-be processes and identify integration touchpoints
• Prepare and maintain IDS, mapping documents, and technical design artifacts
• Develop and troubleshoot T4S/T4ST handlers, workflows, and templates
• Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and reprocessing mechanisms
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration issues
• Ensure data consistency, performance optimization, and reliability
• Manage requirements and defects using Azure DevOps (AVD)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PLM, SAP, business) for aligned delivery
• Support SIT/UAT cycles, validation, and defect resolution
• Mentor junior resources and enforce integration best practices
Role 3
Technical Specialist (Migration)
Lead end-to-end Teamcenter data migration strategy and execution
•Define migration approach including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL)
• Analyze legacy systems and map data to Teamcenter data model
• Define and implement migration for:
o EBOM, MBOM
o BOP (Bill of Process)
o BOE (Bill of Equipment)
o Documents and metadata
• Develop data mapping documents, transformation rules, and validation logic
• Perform data cleansing, enrichment, and de-duplication
• Configure and execute migration using Teamcenter tools (PLMXML, ITK, scripts)
• Ensure alignment with effectivity, revisions, and lifecycle states
• Validate data integrity, completeness, and consistency post-migration
• Identify data issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve defects
• Establish migration validation, audit, and reconciliation frameworks
• Collaborate with business and functional teams for data validation and sign-off
• Support integration readiness with SAP and MES systems post-migration
• Manage migration cycles including mock loads, trial runs, and production cutover
• Track activities and defects using Azure DevOps (AVD)
• Mentor team members and enforce migration best practices and standards"
